About Me

Dr. Lindsay Bonas is a chiropractor practicing in Greater Sudbury. She earned a Bachelor of Science at Laurentian University before continuing her education at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College where she graduated as a Doctor of Chiropractic. She has completed additional training in acupuncture, instrument-assisted soft tissue therapy, post-partum rehabilitation, and pediatrics. She spent the first few years of clinical practice in Southern Ontario before returning to her hometown of Sudbury.

 

Dr. Bonas takes a comprehensive and individualized approach to patient care. She is able to diagnose and treat conditions relating to the skeletal, muscular, and nervous systems. Dr. Bonas utilizes diversified joint manipulation and mobilization, acupuncture, muscle release therapy, instrument assisted soft tissue therapy, and rehabilitation. Her goal is to help her patients move and feel better.

 

Dr. Bonas has a passion for movement and the outdoors. Outside of the clinic, you can find her spending time with family and friends on the trails, the lake, or the slopes.
